Warehouse Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee routine warehouse operations including goods receipt, dispatch, inventory counting, stocking, and shipping;

2. Monitor timely order fulfillment rates across all time slots and promptly address unexpected incidents;

3. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization;

4. Operate warehouse management systems;

5. Handle daily warehouse tasks and complete other duties assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Experience: Associate degree or higher, minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience; candidates with extensive warehouse operations experience may be considered;

2. Education: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field;

3. Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities; essential requirement (English or German – fluent);

4. Work Ethic: Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, meticulous and detail-oriented;

5. Must possess valid German work authorization; German driver’s license preferred.
