Product Solutions Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support superiors in providing logistics solutions for the business team.
2. Assist in launching and adjusting logistics product solutions, and create, iterate, and update related product documentation.
3. Responsible for system configuration related to products and solutions, and provide optimization suggestions for system client output experience.
4. Monitor changes in cost expenses through data statistical analysis, and provide suggestions for product optimization.
5. Handle other assignments from superiors and coordinate cross-departmental work.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or above, any major, with preference for majors in mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
2. 1 year or more of work experience; outstanding recent graduates with excellent data statistical analysis abilities may be considered. Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics is preferred.
3. Proficient in using office software, capable of using at least one software (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) to complete data statistical analysis work.
4. CET-4 or higher in English, with basic reading and writing abilities.
5. Team-oriented with a sense of confidentiality, patience, and attention to detail.
