Logistics Operations Specialist

key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for daily operation of customer orders and requirements in the freight project team, and coordination with overseas warehouses in Germany.
  2. Record, track, and monitor channel performance, promptly follow up and resolve exceptions.
  3. Periodic financial reconciliation and invoicing.
  4. Assist in optimizing existing processes, provide improvement suggestions for areas that hinder efficiency externally and internally.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in the traditional freight forwarding industry. Experience in building operational processes from scratch is preferred.
  2. Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, and a high level of service awareness.
  3. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Proficient in commonly used office software.
