key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operation of customer orders and requirements in the freight project team, and coordination with overseas warehouses in Germany.
- Record, track, and monitor channel performance, promptly follow up and resolve exceptions.
- Periodic financial reconciliation and invoicing.
- Assist in optimizing existing processes, provide improvement suggestions for areas that hinder efficiency externally and internally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in the traditional freight forwarding industry. Experience in building operational processes from scratch is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, and a high level of service awareness.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in commonly used office software.
