Customs Clearance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Dutch customs clearance operations, pre-screen and confirm destination port customs compliance qualifications.
2. Responsible for coordinating communication among customs clearance agents, trucking companies, and ground operations colleagues in the Netherlands.
3. Handle ground handling email communications regarding exceptions.
4. Assist the Dutch customs clearance team in timely communication of operational information to the domestic team.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in logistics or international trade. Candidates with over 1 year of customs clearance experience are preferred.
2. Bright and clever, meticulous in work, outgoing and cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Good English reading and writing abilities, proficient in using Office software.
