Customer Service Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to daily logistics needs of customers, answer inquiries, and promptly provide feedback on shipment delivery status.
  2. Compile and analyze internal operational data, follow up and resolve operational issues.
  3. Handle customer reconciliation, collection, and related accounts payable settlement work.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree or above, preferably with experience in overseas warehouse operations. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
  2. Proficient in various office software, especially Excel.
  3. Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, obedient to leadership arrangements, meticulous, and conscientious.
  4. Good communication skills, customer service awareness, and strong teamwork spirit.
