Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily logistics needs of customers, answer inquiries, and promptly provide feedback on shipment delivery status.
- Compile and analyze internal operational data, follow up and resolve operational issues.
- Handle customer reconciliation, collection, and related accounts payable settlement work.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or above, preferably with experience in overseas warehouse operations. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Proficient in various office software, especially Excel.
- Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, obedient to leadership arrangements, meticulous, and conscientious.
- Good communication skills, customer service awareness, and strong teamwork spirit.
